Terms of Service — ForgeBaaS

1. Service description

ForgeBaaS is a Backend-as-a-Service ("BaaS") platform that provides developers with hosted database, authentication, file storage and an auto-generated REST API. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, keep your API keys confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use ForgeBaaS.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ForgeBaaS to host illegal content, send spam, run mining workloads, attack other systems, or violate any third-party rights. We may suspend projects that abuse the platform or impact other customers.

4. API usage limits

Free plan accounts are limited to 1 project and 10,000 API requests per month. Pro plan accounts have higher limits described on the pricing page. We rate limit each API key to 100 requests per minute. Excessive usage may be throttled or blocked.

5. Billing

Paid plans renew monthly. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

6. No warranty

ForgeBaaS is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page; this permanently deletes your projects, tables, rows, and API keys. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that remain inactive for 12+ months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
